In our modern times, life is full of post-traumatic stress, job fatigue, mental illness, loneliness, depression—all sorts of physical and emotional stressors that knock us off balance.
For mental and physical stability, we must exercise self-preservation.
Our bodies tell us when we are in need of help. Food is a necessity. Have something good and nutritious to eat daily. Have a bowl of soup. It’s good for you. Bon appétit.
