The black washing – Part one

Here we are again—#62 for me now. Another fake-ass celebration in the coldest days of the year, in their shortest month of the year, for the most useless reason to celebrate anything.

Black History.

Black is a color that results from the absence or complete absorption of visible light. So sad, Wikipedia.

In my 62 years on this planet, I’ve only now been able to understand the workings of my brain and the powers of my mind. And I’ve found that the mind can easily be manipulated if one has not learned how to activate one’s own self-defense mechanism.

Black is the beginning for you. It was in the darkness where you were created—absence of all things except your Creator. And with a flash of light, you could now see the darkness.

Remember, the light blinds you. Yeah, it allows you to see things, but history is made up of things that happened yesterday—things you’ve already seen. Yet, we keep walking into the same obstacles we saw in our history.

Sometimes, we need to close our eyes to see things clearly. Only a skilled few of us can navigate these roads in the dark while glancing through our rearview, heading forward—avoiding the obstacles of the past because they are the same obstacles of the future.

We’ve heard it all the time: history repeats itself.

Is it true? I’ll tell you when I see you. Keep up.
