It was during one of those moments of solitude that I’ve recently been able to enjoy and benefit from while listening to your music—a message written in a song: “It’s a new dawn, it’s a new day.” And then he owned it.
For me, I have been out, owning the night on many occasions.
I have worked in it, played in it, and survived in it, never sleeping much during the day. So, I worked more into the night.
Now that the tick-tock of the clock has gone around and around, I have come to the realization that a new day is dawning. Old things have passed away, and it is time for a change. Tupac said we have to make a change, and Michael Jackson said to start with the man in the mirror.
As I take advantage of my newfound opportunities for solitude, I often thumb through my music library. Change starts with the man in the mirror. Talk to God early in your solitude time.
Now, ponder that for a moment—am I human?
Reflect on this: The blogs that have been written over the past two and a half years are breadcrumbs for those who choose to seek understanding. Each blog is a piece of a puzzle that forms a map leading you to your destiny.
